1. Accounts

A GitHub account is required to sign up. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Keep your profile and product information accurate.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you post — product information, articles, and images.

You grant the Service a license to use your content for providing, displaying, and promoting the Service (including hosting, reproduction, and translated display).

Do not post content that infringes the rights of others (copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, etc.).

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited: posting false information (such as fabricated revenue or user counts), spam, impersonation, unauthorized access or attempts to access the Service, and any conduct that violates applicable laws.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Sale status labels

Sale-related labels on product pages ("Not for sale", "Open to offers", "For sale") are display-only indications of a developer's intent.

An in-app transaction feature is in preparation. For now, no contracts, negotiations, payments, or transfers of money take place on the Service. The Service does not broker, guarantee, or take responsibility for any transaction between users.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness of any listed information.

The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Changes to the Service

The Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.
